After fighting off the remainder of the Kuro Retrieval Squadron, Noah, Crispy, and Shirley help the local town folks rebuild after the latest conflict. Meanwhile one of the towns citizens returns, a young lady by the name of Texarkana Anna, who may have brought something else to the town.
