- May 24th 2018 - 11:59 p.m. on Aug. 30th 2018 (JST)

- ・Entries must be consistent with the theme
・Must be a one-shot
・Must be at least 8 pages (max. 40 pages)
・Finished manuscripts only (no scenarios or Names)
・No designated page order (pages can be ordered from right to left, left to right, or even top to bottom)
・You can submit multiple works
- Qualifications
- None. Anyone can enter the contest, regardless of whether they are a pro or just draw as a hobby.
We even welcome previously presented works so long as they have the same theme as the contest.
(However, this is limited to works that entrants own the rights to.)
Double (duplicate) works which have been submitted to another contest outside of MediBang during the contest are prohibited.
- Prizewinners
- Grand Prize: ¥300,000 + serialization with MediBang! (up to 1 work)
Excellence Award: ¥50,000 + an editor will be assigned to you! (up to 3 works)
Distinction Award: ¥10,000 + the possibility of having an editor! (up to 10 works)
The prize money will be sent to the entrant's MediBang account using their PayPal, or wired to their bank account (the winner will accept the responsibility of any associated wiring fees).
- How to Enter
- 1. Register as a user on MediBang.
2. Click Creators Submit here at the top of the MediBang website.
3. Click Submit on the MediBang Creators page.
4. Go to the Comics tab, select your file type and then upload your file(s).
5. Click Submit when you're finished.
6. On the Submissions page, scroll down to Details and then click Edit.
7. Give your work a Title and add the tag First World MediBang Debut Cup before saving your settings.
8. Click Complete.
9. Click Publish on MediBang when you are finished.
