・You can apply from overseas, but you must be able to communicate in Japanese.
・It doesn't matter what model or software you use.
・There is no limit to the length of the work. However, extremely long works (more than 30 minutes) may be at a slight disadvantage in the judging process.

(There is no problem with the sales level at doujinshi sales events, etc.)
・Applications containing only still images are not accepted.

remarks
・The main part of the image must be created on a PC.
(Just drawing it on paper, importing it into a PC, and editing it is not considered CG.) There is no problem if your submission includes live-action footage (including clay animation, etc.), but that part will not be subject to review.
・If there is footage that is confusing to be CG (drawings on paper, live-action clay animation, etc.), please explain it in the work description on the application form. You may be excluded from the examination.
・There is no problem with using images that utilize AI, but please clearly state where and how AI was utilized in the "Work Description/PR" section. We will actively evaluate works that seem to utilize AI well with unique ideas.
・When submitting works with dialogue from overseas, Japanese subtitles are required.
