Please don't mind my sucky anatomy-drawing skills XD
This is my first time entering a contest, I also don't know too much about cyberpunk stuff, but here's an attempt (I used my OC 2549 for the illustration, if you steal her, you'll pay big time.)
I also took inspiration for the background from the image that was shown on the contest banner thing, of course, my interpretation isn't nearly as good as the actual banner.
