final design of my boku no hero academia oc, noctus, the nocturnal vigilante. he's proof that you can throw a big scarf into anyone's outfit to make it look at least 27% cooler. i need to redraw this guy making some small corrections on my 2018 design choices (like that hair) and drawing his whole body as well. what's the fun in designing a costume if you gonna hide it?
