An example of my thought process is when I make a study or illustration. If you want me to make tutorials or more like this. Please let me know in the comment section!
1 simplify complex figures into simple 2d shapes.
- Use straight lines to simplify contours.
- Visualize positive and negative shapes to aid in finding lines to describe the form
- Find the coordinates where big primary shapes turn.
2 Break the silhouette into smaller and smaller(details) shapes.
- Summarize the shape into as few lines as possible.
- Don't worry about accuracy. Analyze the shape and master its proportions.
3 Don't just copy the reference material!
- Transform what you see to what you feel is right.
- Keep breaking down the figure until it's the smallest details.
-Don't be afraid to break the rules.
= customize your choices of line and shape design to fit your personalized vision.
I would like to see your results and I will offer help and revisions :)
