Honestly, the difficult thing these days is to find someone who isn't stressed out by something.
Everyone seems on edge, at times we are in such a rush we don't even know why we're hurrying up so much.
Somehow waiting for two minutes is equivalent to thirty to us, the advances in technology did help us a lot but at the same time things got way easier we got way too impatient.
It's a challenge to keep calm and relax! We're too focused on work and obligations that we don't see anything else.
That's why I think we should try to have at least one day off where we're "not allowed" to worry about a thing and just have fun!
Really, rest works wonders! I find myself having to always fight the urge to go work on a project on my day off, it's hard though it gets me recharged so I can stay on schedule and don't overwork myself.
Whether we admit it or not, we all need a day off of work and to focus on ourselves and our loved ones!
