Note: When you're playing Team Fortress 2, you have to check every nano-second for Spy, especially if you're Medic, shoot and use your saw to slice and fill EVERYTHING THAT BREATHES with syringes (Though you'll waste ammo, it's important that ya guys be as paranoid as an Engineer). Because, you're one of the high priority targets that the foes want to kill.

Though the few reasons why I gave Shooky the Vaccinator and the Crusader's Crossbow, was due to these heal the fastest and Shooky wants results...and when does he want it? NOW!! The CC is a good yet faster way for Spy-checking in a safe distance and the Vaccinator is good for getting the Ultimate, called the Ubercharge, very quickly and can be activated very quickly and recharge very quickly.

Blutsauger - This gun can regenerate his health quickly (I call this the vampire gun).
