My pal n I made kids, hers is a team skull grunt who keeps getting caught sneaking into the foundation by Shiloh (He just wanted to see that starmie cmon)
He was born in Hoenn but left to help with the Aether foundation, seems like a monotonous guy but gets better the more time is spent with him. Doesn't rule out his schadenfreude.
