Self explanatory,
actually not really.
This girl works in a waterthemed circus near the beach.
As you can see, she has a standard red nose = she is a clown.
She probably forgot to take it off.
She's often at the beach, so she has a nice tan.
I gave her blue hair to represent the ocean (you can't see) +
