1st I pick a base color basically the hair color. 2nd I use watercolor (wet) preferably 6% opacity) to shade on the sides, you can choose the spots where you would like to shade. Then I use the airbrush the same color as step 2 to blend it in. 4th I use blur on the hair to shade it in completely. Hope this helps!
