Bushee isn't just faster at running, he's also faster at recharging his attacks at lower cooldowns.
he can extend his tongue to grab and eat his enemies (or other objects) from afar to spit them out from his mouth like projectiles. He can also use his tongue to whip others (or to tear the battlefield down in two if so he wants).
Bushee also has the ability to make and shot eggs like a barrage of projectiles. Unlike Yushee, he can't create clones of himself after eating others (at least according to my own personal interpretation of this meme character) but he's capable of swallowing Yushee clones into his belly to turn them back into their normal selves after becoming Bushee eggs.
