Set in a world hundreds of years in the future, humans live Underground and defend their homes from the horror of the creatures that have stolen the Earth from them. But these catacombs are tough, food is scarce and the difficulty of living under the Earth's surface makes life more dangerous for humanity every day.
Our protagonist Hiro is an ex-military, anti-social mercenary who is just trying to survive like everyone else, until one day a group of kids come along insisting he train them?!
But little does he know what they have planned and how it will change the future of humanity in its battle to reclaim the surface from the monsters above...
Note: The EXO suit Hiro wears is used in the military to travel around under the earth's surface and manoeuvre quickly whilst protecting them from harsh heat and high pressure conditions. Hiro stole his when he left and uses it for his mercenary work.
