I used to struggle a lot without showing it, at the same time I wanted to hide it... I wished someone would notice my pain.
But when someone did I would deny and distance myself, so that was how I spent my teenage years.
Being a living contraction, I was super insecure and indecisive: one minute I wanted to be the center of attention, the next it would be wanting to be invisible.
For me it was really hard because others couldn't understand me, well, not even I understood myself.
That was before I learned something that helped me greatly. Talk it out!
If you don't have a trustworthy person to talk to, try talking with a stranger or... it may sound weird but talk to yourself.
It's kind of a way to reason with yourself, it's good to sort out your thoughts and get a clear view on what you really think.
Honestly talking with others is the best solution, it makes you realize things you can't easily perceive on your own.
