Sailing across deep and dark waters you come across something that came through the wind, music- no, singing. Soft and light as it beckons you to come, choosing to sail closer through rocks as your ship enters a dark cave barely lit by the moonlight. You do not notice the reddened waters, the eerie silence that seem to echo around you, occasionally broken by splashes of water. However, you do notice her, pink in everything but her dark purple fins and startling yellow eyes. You notice her blackened lips move, almost tantalizing, beckoning you to come close. Then you realize, she was no mermaid, not when her teeth were as sharp as razors, not when her black nails looked nearly like knives. Then you notice, you two were not alone.
