A fusion between Omanyte and Vulpix, I created him as an entry for Jazza's November PokeMashUp Challenge.
I used the recoloration as a base for the armor while I tried to create an aquatic sea fox warrior since Vulpix isn't really weak. It does have fins on the back of it's legs but those were difficult to feature with the pose.
