The idea of this art is that the depicted girl is floating on the ocean (I understand that this background can hardly be called the ocean, but let's imagine) with three sunflowers. The drawings of sunflowers in the language of flowers means "Expectation" or "Anticipation of happiness", for me, the ocean means "Change." The meaning of this picture is that, this person (girl). Nothing remains but to expect changes in her life and hope that they will bring her happiness.
