Day seven complete! I would recommend doing little challenges for a time frame longer than you think you might be able to, because you might just impress yourself when you make it in the long run. Just make sure your challenges aren't too difficult or you won't want to do them on your 'off' days when you are feeling down or just simply unmotivated. Also posting these to the public makes me just pressured enough to keep doing them.
