Hello, I guess this is my first ever upload.
I hope you like it! I imagine this dress be worn at a summer fair. I also drew this on a different character with dark hair a while ago. XD
Anyway, I hope to be uploading more in the future! (Btw, TETQ is another signature I go by, so feel free to call me that. <3)
I had lot's of fun with this, and I might make more outfits.
