Need a name for this lad.
He’s incapable of breathing underwater but still enjoys swimming. The hybrid is able to swim in freezing waters and temperature. Without the proper glowing scales, he is unable to speak properly in aquatic, though he can ask simple questions and broken sentences. Unable to breathe fire or ice breath. He lives off the shores of the ice kingdom in a small cabin.
