shiny mega gardevoir is one of my very fav shinies
the blue shinies tend to be the best tbh like sylveon and milotic i really like those too
this was kind of a test of some brushes on medibang rather than my usual sai
i didn't use the blur tool so it's slightly less lazy ;))
