Whenever you see someone struggling, help them. If you can't actually solve their problem - try to cheer them up!
Don't you love when you're having a bad day and a friend, or even a stranger, makes you feel better?
Surprisingly, helping others ,in a way, also kind of helps ourselves!
I used to ignore or look away when I saw people in need, I was too prideful to ask for help for myself, let alone ease another person's burden. My harmful mindset was "I'm suffering, they can suffer too."
Recently, I'm breaking free from my selfishness through humbling myself down, doing my best to serve others.
