Done manually and digitally without tracing.
For the surprise part, it's supposed to be Mitsuya or Chifuyu, but I couldn't find a picture of them for that part. I'd been finding the chance to draw them for real so I did this. I had another mouth illustration with all boys on it. I'll post it next time.
