No matter how bad is a situation, negativity will make it worse. On the other hand, being positive can give you hope to go through it knowing it'll be solved somehow.
Overall, even when you don't have any problems... if you're a negative person you'll keep looking or expecting for them, so regardless of the situation you'll be unhappy.
I speak from experience, even on the best days my negativity made it seem like it was a boring, annoying, troublesome day. No one could stand being at my side for too long because I always managed to make them feel terrible.
Try to always look at the bright side, on purpose try to find the good things, you and the ones around you will be way happier!
