This is my OC, Sammy the cat. He is a cat-human hybrid who was genetically modified to become a biological weapon. As the effect of the biological modification, he can spark, emit, and shoot lightning from his hand or body. Sadly, he actually never able to use his own power except on emergency situations. In fact, contrasting with his look, he actually just a dumb, funny, and childish cat who has a dream to become a hero.
