An oc from a while ago, he was born as WWIII ended. He was raised by an older soldier who survived. This solider taught him in many different martial arts for self defense and taught him how to fend for himself. Jacob's also super short. Like, he's 5'2" (158.496cm), but also 5'8" (176.784cm) with his hair. The war used a whole bunch of radiation, which caused the animals to mutate. Those are some of the animals in the picture lol. As weird as they are, they're kinda cute.
