So I have a really bad fear of dentists because I always think they're going mess up and I'm going to die, but yesterday I went to the orthodontist office for a consultation and they said I need braces for two years and I'm going to have to go to an oral surgeon to get something placed in my mouth. I'm scared even more by the fact that I have to go the dentist's office every four to six weeks. Whenever I try to tell someone about my fear, they always say I'm being a baby or overreacting, but what if I did die? What if I was scarred forever by the mistakes of a dentist who claimed that I would be fine, but instead ruined my life?
