This boyo here is called Pest. It's basically short for Pestilence or The Black Death.

Dunno if anyone else made an OC like this but whatever.

Probs gonna be chill with Thrax or smth, maybe they'll just be acquaintances or whatever.

I shall provide an unmasked version of Pest soon~

He's probably quite unoriginal design wise but what can I do, I'm uncreative as hell sometimes. But I love him so that's what matters.
