This is Dianna and she is the supreme leader of a secret lunar base.
The moon always seemed to be a desert place but the truth is that everyone lives on the underground, training under her command as a great army with a secret agenda to expand their domain across the universe.
Her race has an extra mouth somewhere in their body, hers being located on her belly.
Different from the others lunarians, her extra mouth is capable of speaking, and does it very, very loud.
