I haven't been on ArtStreet very much lately, sorry. I really wanted to draw something, but I couldn't think of any ideas. In the rare event that I did have an idea, I wouldn't be very happy with the end result anyway. Still not super happy with this on either, but that's enough complaining. So I made another meme. I don't think it's very good, but I just kinda wanted to draw the USSR with a reverse card. I do remember seeing a meme like this one time, and I was kind of inspired, so credits to that person.
