Two of my Beastars OCs: Enrico and Avery.
Enrico is a half-owl half-squirrel who seeks to become the next Beastar who will represent all hybrids and interspecies relationships in good light. Avery is what one could call a "designer baby" born to a wealthy family of lions. He is a mix of white lion, cheetah, and dog, because his parents wanted him to be a beautiful and athletic, yet obedient and mild-mannered rarity.
Enrico and Avery were childhood friends. Their friendship started when Enrico stood up for Avery when he was being bullied for having cheetah markings that makes him look like he's crying. However, their relationship came to an abrupt end when Avery's parents decided to move their family to a faraway town, just sometime after primary school.
In a cruel twist of fate, they meet again as young adults at a prestigious event that ended with a drastic clash of ideals; Avery no longer had faith in Enrico's grand goal for all hybrid-kind, and now serves as a stumbling block.
