Here's a chibi Mermaid Etna! /o/
I focused on the lines more than the colours here though. I got really inspired by xxYukiko111xx's pixel so I decided to practise using the same character I used for a pixel art previously.
I have no idea for BG so BG taken from tigers-stock. ∠( ᐛ 」∠)＿
