It's been a while since I used a base, when I saw it I liked it and wanted to try it as it would look with my main OC.
His hands, hooves and ears are blue in color for the winter season, if you touch them you will feel very cold in them as if he had swum in cold water, but in reality he doesn't feel anything, besides he really likes the cold.
