Sorry it took so long but honestly I adored making this! I don't know if it was the mood I was in but I really enjoyed coloring/shading this one.
Anyway, this is Decim: the arbiter of Quindecim we are most shown to. I honestly loved this guy the moment I seen him so, eventhough I watched this anime a while ago, I decided to draw him today.
