This is Colchester my hetalia oc (chibi version). He is the personification of Colchester. His human name is James Kirkland and the second youngest of the Kirklands, (the yongest is his little sister London.) He worked as knight when he was younger and when he wasn't fighting the babysitted America. He is known as the oldest recorded town in England. Hope you like the art!
