and the simplest design award goes to the oc above. I mean, it's a stick figure, how simple can they get?
fun fact: this oc doesn't usually wear a scarf. it's only for a specific occasion. it's made of a special material and is used for warmth and protection. (not the one above) would you like to guess when he wears the scarf? (it's not for celebrations!)
