Though has no eyes it can sense and hear you, you can’t stab it because it will just regenerate instantly, you can’t stab it in the back where it’s breathing holes are, or else it’s veins will grab you and trap you, you may think wool will be good enough to sneak and kill it, but you be wrong, anything that can make something make no noise or vibrations will turn into a trap for explorers, many explorers lost their lives to the Flesh because of this betweener.
