doctor joe caine is, well. a doctor. he thinks he's the only sane one at the hospital even though not everyone is checked in for mental issues.
speaking of which, here's jonny! he lost his lower legs in a car crash and "got them Cyberpunk'd to be longer." he's now one of the tallest people there and loves gloating about it. he says it's all in good fun but secretly he used to hate being short and is just really enjoying himself now. caine hates him now though-
