I’m a big fan of Pokémon. I drew an outline of nebby using a picture, and I made sure I drew on a different layer. I finished it and then I was like “man this is shitty”... so I drew the fuzz outline, then the background. BUT GET THIS. I DREW ON THE SAME FREAKING LAYER!!!!!
