I did so much research on the meaning of lust and it's usually the meaning is a desire like a desire have something like money food love. So the backstory of this dragon was that he wanted more in life and felt empty they had tried to murder several dragons and has been caught stealing. They lived most of there life hidding and ruining other lives. There a rainwing and they had died by being stabbed in the heart by a seawing with a spear.
