I have no idea what is inside my brain already that I created something like this.
Hat effect:

Spellbound
Roboactive
Use Airbrush with "Dodge" blending mode and blend it layer after layer and it turn to be like this.
Thanks to Team Fortress 2 inspired me to do this.
