Persephone is actually Kelly's daughter and the next in line for her family's throne, even though she's younger than Cirrus. Her father was the Nephonian prince but since he had no sisters he got the throne instead. Most Nephos people can float but since some cannot, the clouds their kingdom is in are walkable.
