This is Neo, my dragon-ish boio. He was an old character so I just decided to redraw him- but...better.
So, he's basically the child of a dragon and a nymph/Naiad. So basically he can turn into a dragon like is father but he has the human completion of a male Naiad. His story takes place in a more older less developed world with religion controlling everything and beings like dragons, are hunted while nymphs (for example)are shown as gods.
