He skins you alive and he steals parts of your flesh. After this is complete, he releases a chemical onto the body to make it decay faster. Then, he attaches the skin onto himself to make himself appear more human. He does this because he wants to exit the void and blend in with humans in our world. His sharp fingers function as needles and a thread like substance from his eye functions as the thread to hold the flesh together
