Her name is Bella. Bella was a 8 year old girl and was Flora's one and only fan. she adored Flora and always wanted to be with her. one day flora had to get repaired so Bella could not see her. Bella did not tolerate this and snook into Parts and Services to talk to flora. she heard someone coming and hid inside Flora. the employee turned on flora, spring locking Bella on accident. the employee (in shock and fear) hid flora and the body inside the hidden closet leaving flora in a dark room😢 the police never found the body and perceived Bella as MISSING giving her the name "The Missing Child" Bella's consciousness was turned into The Voice, she barely exists anymore, but Flora can still hear Bella crying in pain and calling out to her mom. flora sees hallucinations of Bella doing so. maybe Bella is still there. PS there is blood on the Flora dolls hands representing the fact that the voice blamed Flora for Bella's death
