so i didnt realize that changing thr lineart color would change much about this piece but DANG does it give it a different aesthetic! i didnt even know i could change the colo so easily beforehand-
anyways, this is Comet's cousin, Cosmo. Cosmo is the child of Pluto and Cress (Cress is owned by a different creator, but basically Cress is a shipchild of Cross and Dream i do believe- weird storyline stuff but eh). Cosmo uses ice powers, hence the cosmic icicle things on his head. soft boi. fragile child as well. loves cold stuff. space boi too.
