I had this idea for a while, at least since I came up with Sour Candy Emz, Ice Cream Bull, Peppermint Tick and Taffy 8-Bit. And maybe Cotton Candy Shelly, but I can't remember. I always thought that Pam would look cool wearing a snow cone inspired outfit so I came up with this. (And yes, I meant to use the word "Cool" as a pun.) And stay safe, everyone. ✌💖🍧
