Belle Pepper is a supporting character featured in the Wonder Island: Hero of Brightwater manga series created by Liam Gray. Though she resembles a common woodland sprite, she has more in common with leprechauns from Irish Mythology.

Belle Pepper made her debut in Wonder Island: Hero of Brightwater Chapter #1: Shine-Shine Eternal – The Indominable Spirit of Youth! published by Conquest Comics in 2021. Her mother was a mulberry bush and her father was a moonbeam, resulting in a nature spirit with the wisdom of a poet and Luna’s cunning. Along with being a confident geomancer, she is charged with protecting Arrowyn by the Faerie Queen Una.
