WHY: I'm 14 and live in the Philippines. I've wanted this gift ever since I discovered the marvelous world of digital art. It has been since a long awaited present to be saved up for, but sadly I am not a wealthy person and have been looking for other ways to acquire this. If I would receive this as a gift, it would be the best thing in the world, then I can create more manga and contribute to the wonderful world of art. All I have in use for drawing right now (other than the traditional tools) would be a Samsung Tablet with an S Pen that's not even mine and has a few downsides in using it. This contest seems open and compassionate to those here in ARTSTREET so I knew if someone could make this happen, it would be you guys :3
