I don't have everything planned out, but the main focus of the possible comic would be "Harvest Island." Where when you're dead or sick to the point of no recovery your organs/etc. would be harvested for the more "elite" and upperclassmen to feast on monthly.
However, when they begin to get more greedy, our poor(Literally, he's an orphan. He has no money.) main protagonist accidentally overhears something.
